As an Ayurvedic Yogic Practitioner with over 20 years experience I offer a unique and powerful set of skills to help you achieve optimum health.
I have a Masters Degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from Middlesex University, London, which incorporated 1000 clinical hours through the University Clinic and internships in collaborative Ayurvedic Hospitals in India. I initially trained with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1993 before finding my spiritual home with the Bihar School of Yoga. In 2013 I took Karma Sannyasa initiation from Swami Niranjananda Saraswati.
I offer Ayurvedic consultation, Ayurvedic massage and body therapies, individual and group Yoga tuition for all ages from beginners to advanced practitioners, workshops and retreats. I specialise in women’s health particularly menopause offering classes, courses and workshops - ‘Transforming Menopause with Ayurveda and Yoga’. I am a member of the ‘Ayurvedic Professionals Association’ and the ‘British Wheel of Yoga’

Yoga aims to awaken dimensions of consciousness where our dormant potential and creativity lies. The tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga aims to harmonise all aspects of human experience utilising ancient techniques which deepen the basic practises and develop the spiritual aspects of Yoga.
Ayurvedic treatment aims to restore balance utilising a combination of individualised body therapies including massage.
